Ideal was prompt on the scene to respond to the extensive flooding damage June 12 in San Francisco's famed Union Square shopping district, where water ravaged Macy's, Neiman Marcus and some of the world's most exclusive designer boutiques including Channel, Bulgari, Loro Piana, Gucci and other ultra luxury retailers. Ideal is the San Francisco's all hazards disaster response firm of record. Ideal CEO Jaclyn Carpenter directed the response effort on behalf of the City and communicated additional contractor requirements with SF City Attorneys office investigator, Joseph Spohn.
