What We Do
When commercial and public facilities or high-density residential buildings are hit by a disaster or environmental hazard, the property owners or facility managers turn to Ideal to minimize and repair the damage, restore the building to working condition, and protect building occupants from further harm. Using industry-leading methodologies and advanced equipment, we battle water, smoke and fire damage and eliminate environmental hazards such as mold, asbestos, lead, viral outbreaks, chemical spills, and other contaminants.

Who We Hire
Our business requires a wide range of roles to meet the needs of our customers and to run a successful business. This includes service delivery teams working on project sites, sales and client solutions pros out in the field, and business staff who run the show from our San Francisco headquarters.
Sales & Marketing
This team drives the growth and expansion of the company by attracting and engaging new customers, developing individualized solutions, and managing the company’s reputation.
This organization delivers our services and works onsite with customers to clean-up, repair, restore, and decontaminate their facilities after a disaster or eliminate environmental hazards. They also manage our equipment, vehicles, and other project resources.
Finance & Business Operations
This team ensures that Ideal is running efficiently, effectively and in compliance with industry and government regulations. This includes managing growth and profitability and overseeing day-to-day business operations.
The HR team is responsible for all “people operations,” which includes hiring and staffing activities, benefits management, training and development, and HR compliance – as well as managing the technology systems we use to do our jobs.
